Our primary specialty is theology and Biblical studies. We also offer church history, christian life, evangelism, missions, prayer, and reference works within this specialty. We purchased a massive collection in 2007 from a former Nazarene pastor who was a third generation pastor. His father was Methodist and his grandfather was Presbyterian. As you can imagine, this collection has a little bit of everything and we're pleased to offer the treasures we unearth from the dark regions of our garage as we continue to unpack the collection.
But we also carry a wide variety of the secular as well as the sacred. We live in Texas and are pleased to offer a selection of Texana, both fiction and non-fiction. We used to live near Batavia, NY and so we stock first editions of John Gardner (author of Sunlight Dialogues, Grendel, etc.). And we're always interested in picking up whatever sells well, hence the DBA "Book Scout". We have experience selling the first editions of collectable authors as well as rare Americana and books in other fields as well. You might say we're specialists with a respectable general stock.
